There will be meeting of the board of directors Friday, July 3 at 2PM local time. The meeting will be held via Zoom at the link above.

This meeting will discuss two topics: Topic 1) Reading and Approval of minutes from the Saturday, June 27 election meeting.

Topic 2) CLOSED SESSION: Executive Session – Discussion of Strategy Regarding Pending Litigation (Case No. S0100CV202600008), Court Compliance, and Potential Resolution Efforts pursuant to A.R.S. § 33-1804(A)(2) – Discussion Only; No Action to Be Taken. There will be time for member comment prior to any votes on the above topic 1.
