•  Discussion of barriers to the production of an actionable Budget.

•  Discussion on progress for the Engagement of a new POA lawyer and CPA with update on annual audit.

•  Update on D&O insurance, as well as Legal Counsel advice on Member equipment operators for the purpose of "crowd-sourcing" road repairs.

•  Board vote on posting Heavy Equipment Operator job opening in area media sources.
