4) Guest Speaker: Rick Pearce of Pinon Valley Excavating, Inc. Mr. Pearce will discuss his 08/19/26 quote for services relating to road repairs on Red Sky Ranch. The quote is in the amount of $85,210.00 and offers financing (see attached). Mr. Pearce will be available during this portion of the meeting to receive questions from POA members and members of the Board of Directors. At the conclusion of the discussion period, Mr. Pearce will be dismissed.
