New Fixed Board Meeting Schedule:

Starting August 28, 2026, we will be hosting Zoom board meetings every two weeks, on Fridays at 2PM. These meetings are for the development of regular business. The Annual Meeting will be set on its own schedule. These meetings will continue into the future until the end of the fiscal year 2026.

A new meeting agenda will be posted for each meeting. A new Zoom link and password will be created for each meeting and will be listed on the agenda as was done with the last meeting agenda.

A new agenda will go into development and posted in the days leading up to the meeting, with no changes to the agenda beyond close of business on the Wednesday prior to the next upcoming meeting.

The reason for doing things this way is to increase transparency to the items the board is working on, and to give members more chances to participate. This notice is in compliance with ARS, 38-431.02 (F): A public body that intends to meet for a specified calendar period, on a regular day, date or event during the calendar period, and at a regular place and time, may post public notice of the meetings at the beginning of the period. The notice shall specify the period for which notice is applicable.

Agenda preparation in this announcement is in compliance with ARS, 38-431.02 (G): Notice required under this section shall include an agenda of the matters to be discussed or decided at the meeting or information on how the public may obtain a copy of such an agenda. The agenda must be available to the public at least twenty-four hours before the meeting, except in the case of an actual emergency under subsection D of this section. The twenty-four-hour period includes Saturdays if the public has access to the physical posted location in addition to any website posting, but excludes Sundays and other holidays prescribed in section 1-301.
